Terms and conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended, on the one hand, to inform any potential consumer of the conditions under which the seller carries out the sale and delivery of ordered products, and on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by the seller to the consumer, which apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales by exabike.com of products offered on its website.

Consequently, any person ordering a product offered for sale on the exabike.com website fully and unconditionally accepts these general terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order.

Prior to placing an order, the buyer declares having full legal capacity to be bound by these general terms and conditions of sale.

exabike.com reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.

The buyer is solely responsible for setting up the IT and telecommunications means allowing access to the exabike.com website.
The buyer bears the telecommunication costs when accessing the internet and using the website.

The selling prices of products online on the exabike.com website, indicated in euros, are those in force at the time of the buyer's order.
They do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the purchased products depending on the nature of the order. Shipping costs will be indicated before the buyer registers the order.
Prices include value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order but not recoverable by the Buyer for second-hand goods.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The sale will only be considered final after exabike.com sends the order to the Buyer and receives full payment.
All orders are payable in Euros.
To pay for their order, the buyer may use the following payment methods: bank or postal cheque, bank transfer, credit card.
As part of the fight against internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.
Since only the buyer knows the equipment they use, they are solely responsible for the compatibility of the ordered parts with those used by them.

The Buyer receives delivery at their home, or at the nearest collection point, by their postal carrier or delivery person and signs a delivery receipt. In case of absence, the buyer or recipient of the ordered product receives a delivery notice, allowing them to collect the ordered products at the nearest post office or carrier agency within fifteen days.
In the event of delivery of a product not matching the order (defective or non-compliant), the buyer must file a complaint within 10 days of receiving their order.
Complaints must be sent by email to exabike@gmail.com, and must include the buyer's name, the order date and the reasons for the complaint.
Products returned by the buyer must be returned within seven working days of agreement by exabike.com.
Return costs are borne by the buyer, except where the returned or exchanged product does not match the original description.

Shipping costs include costs related to the transport and packaging of your order. If we find that the charges billed to the buyer are disproportionate to the actual cost, we will refund the difference. Conversely, if the charges billed are significantly lower than the actual cost to our company, we reserve the right to cancel the order and fully refund you within 24 hours.

Parcels are shipped the same day for any order paid before noon, the next working day for orders placed after noon.
In any event, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, ordered products will be delivered within a maximum of thirty days from the day following the day on which the Buyer registered their order, subject to full payment of the price.

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has seven clear days from the date of receipt to return, at their own expense, the ordered products, for exchange or refund.
