If you change your mind or the part received does not match what you were looking for due to an error on your part (wrong year, wrong model, incompatibility visible between the photo and your part...) EXABIKE.COM may issue a refund* of the part reduced by 10% for handling fees (outward and return shipping costs at your expense).

* For any claim, you will be asked for a copy of your vehicle registration document and a photo of your part. If you are unable to provide the supporting documents, EXABIKE.COM reserves the right not to consider your claim.
** A postal receipt is required for any reimbursement of return shipping costs.

Parts guarantees

All parts available on EXABIKE.COM are guaranteed to be in working condition, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The following parts are guaranteed for 6 months:
- Shock absorbers
- Alternators
- Ignition coils
- CDI units (ignition boxes)
- Starters
- Brake calipers
- Water pumps
- Fuel pumps
- Regulators
- Starter relays

Important: we will offer an exchange within fifteen days of receiving the old part or, if within that time we have not been able to provide another one, a full refund including shipping. If you are not interested in an exchange, we will issue a credit note for the amount spent.

Engines are guaranteed for 6 months on a decreasing basis.

During the first month, the engine is guaranteed at 100% of its purchase value. Thereafter, the guarantee decreases by 10% per month, i.e. 50% of its purchase value in the sixth month.
*** In all cases, guarantees do not cover:
defects and their consequences due to unqualified work.
